MyEclipse 2017 + CodeMix

User is trying to configure CSS validation and is seeing issues with turning off validation for CSS files.

Excluding the CSS file from validation does not work.
Disabling the CSS validator at Window > Preferences > CodeMix > Languages > Project Validation also does not work.
