hoidaonguyenMemberCommon’s man…You asking me ” What I am……..?”
And I said “……Drag and Drop…”
…Now where is your word, man?Wasted my $99.00, I like it refund ASAP
support-michaelKeymasterWe want all customers to know that their success is our most important concern. We back that up with a money back policy. Please send your refund request to sales at genuitec.com and include a link to this thread.
But let me share for all readers:
1) MobiOne has a 15 day free evaluation period; this can be extended upon request. Our goal is to provide everyone ample time to determine if MobiOne is the right product for your app development.2) MobiOne’s Visual Designer includes an HTML widget that enables users to include their own custom components. Thus you can supplement you app with your own custom user interface
3) We take all feedback and feature requests serious. Our desire is to implement all features but we can’t. Thus we prioritize features according to their maximum perceived benefit to the community. If we say your feature request is on our todo list then know it is getting serious attention and debate when we decide what features to include in the next upcoming product release. But that does not mean we are working on it immediately or have the feature scheduled to a specific timeframe or that its priority will not change up or down with time and community feedback.
For hoidaonguyen we will reimburse you even though it has been several months since your purchase. We wish you good luck in your endevours.
hoidaonguyenMemberI love MobiOne, but that doesn’t mean I will keep if didn’t fit my needed
However, base on section 3 information, I will stand by to see what will change

support-michaelKeymasterI wanted to follow up now that MobiOne 2.3 is out. We were not able to introduce a youtube widget in this release. I am discussing with OC a simple how-to article for using the HTML widget to embed a youtube web video player. Will keep you posted.
hoidaonguyenMemberThank You so much, I am continues to follow up your post…
hoidaonguyenMember@support-wayne
“It over months, any news on this issue..?”
support-michaelKeymaster@hoidaonguyen
As you know from past discussions MobiOne 2.3.X does not provide a youtube video widget. This development is on our todo list but is not currently being scope for the upcoming 2.3.2 upgrade. Because of some higher priority commitments the soonest we can begin developing such a widget is April, more likely May.
I was doc’ing how to embed the youtube html5 player but as you reported on another thread it does not work cleanly for you on your android system.
hoidaonguyenMemberThanks, there is some one come up with the idea “Making some sample code to help each others…”
I may try to ask them to give me a hand on this issue……
Anyways, can wait something happen on Apr or May this year…..
Thanks again -
