Not sure if this is the correct forum but it seemed to be the only one that would let me post to.
I just installed MyEclipse 2013 through the update site into Eclipse 3.8.2 and it is constantly ‘Searching for projects to migrate’ and will not stop. It’s eating up memory and causing everything to run incredibly slow in eclipse now. How to I get it to stop ‘searching for projects to migrate.
By the way is there any other way obtain support for paying subscribers?

Please continue to check the other topic for updates to the project migration problem.
Regarding support, the forums provide the primary support channel. Sometimes, other users contribute, so this can be the most effective. You can also raise a ticket by sending an email to support@genuitec.com or by going to our general support page. Tickets are effectively no different to using the forums but are not visible to other users. There are also other support options at additional cost.
