I installed Eclipse 3.1M4 and the latest MyEclipse (3.8.4beta).
When trying to download updates on other components I got the message:
MyEclipse Web Development Tooling (3.8.4) requires plug-in”org.eclipse.runtime(3.0.0)”, or equivalent

This is minor bug in the plugin descriptor we forgot to fix. It is harmless but can be a PIA if you are trying to use the update agent. Can you hold out until our next release?
