    J2EEprogramer,
I am afraid there is no such feature. You can bookmark pages from the help books using the “Bookmark Document” button on the toolbar of the Help browser and these bookmarks show up in the Bookmarks tab of the help browser.
You can create your own plugin to create a context menu under help.

I use “Bookmark Document” in the toolbar but not do anything, why?
I don’t have any idea of plugins and I would like to create one for my help.
But wath kind of plugin use and how I introduce my help.?

    J2EEprogramer,
To create custom plugins, you can get started with the following
    1. http://www.javabeat.net/articles/26-introduction-to-eclipse-plugin-architecture-1.html
    2. http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/os-eclipse-3.3menu/

When you bookmark a document you see the document in bookmarks tab of help browser located at the bottom left corner.
