I wish to add a login button to my android app for each of the below :
1) skype
2) facebook .

Try using Mobione and Phonegap together. Phonegap has alots usefull function, you need skill to write javascript and understand the Phonegap as well.

We don’t officially support facebook integration, our last research only had limited success. You can take a look at the resources in this thread but your mileage may vary upon your target platform.
