How can I external jar libraries to embedded tomcat server of myeclipse

You can try using windows > preferences > MyEclipse > Servers > Integrated Sandbox > MyEcilpse Tomcat 6 > Paths to add jars to the classpath.

Thank you. It works. I have one more question. I also want to save some xml files,images. So how can I add these files manually.Where is the server located?

Open the Servers tab. If not already visibile, click on Window > Show/ view > Servers. Right click on the server. If you have already added project deployments. Right click on the project and click on Browse Deployment Location.
