I was having an issue adding spring security entries to the servlet-xml file in my web app.
I followed the instuctions in this post http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2-printview-t-24128-start-0.html
and it resolved the validation issues.
However i am now getting the following:Configuration problem: Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace [http://www.springframework.org/schema/security]
    Can you please assist.

    njpmr,
can you give some more information?
    1. What are your installation details? You can get them from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details?
    2. What is the type of project that you are working on and what are the technologies that you are using?
    3. Are there any errors in the problems window?

I am working on aweb application using Spring 2.5.6. I have been trying to work in Spring security 2.0.5. Initially I had the problem as described in the post above. Adding the entries to the xml catalog cleared up the initial issue.
There are no errors in the problem window.
Here is the error generated on start up:

Can I please get some assistance on this? Is this some how related to the fact that all the entries in preferences->xml catalog->plugin specified entries – for Spring Security are marked with a red X for some reason? Also, is this the only avenue for support for licensed myeclipse users? THanks

Additional information. In the preference plugin entries this entry appears 3 times: http://www.springframework.org/schema/security
Is there any way to delete them?
