As a very novice app developer, can someone help with following Qs please.
1. In the Design Centre, in View / Size, the 7” tablet has a size 600×1080. But the template you design with is only 450 wide. Why is this? How do you design to take advantage of the 600 width?
2. When you Build Android app you are asked on the Device and Orientation page to select Device Size. Do these sizes relate to devices as follows:
a. Small – devices similar to iPhone
b. Normal – for Nexus and Galaxy smart phones
c. Large – for 7” tablet
d. Extra large – for 10” tablet.
