dm-conceptMemberHello,
I created an application with multipage and HTML containers (attached). The native IOS application works well, but Android is a disaster: when installing on Nexus S, I have the following message “The connection to the server was unsuccessful.” Sometimes it works, in this case the application is very slow, pages do not open and it is not possible to scroll the text in containers. This problem also exists when I created a web application.
Thank you for your help
Computer: Core i7 12GB – MobiOne 2.3.2 – Google Nexus S.

dm-conceptMemberHello,
I just reduce the number of mobi file.
I went from 481 to 26, and I have no problem to install and use the application (unless I’m missing 455 files … lol).Is MobiOne can not handle many mobi file? If yes, what is the limit? How can I do?
Thank you in advance.
dm.
PS : not attached file
support-octavioMemberHi dm-concept,
Can you share android version of your device?
Did you test it in other device? If yes, did it show the same problem?
With the information that you have given us so far, we believe this is due to connection timeout limit and/or cache limit which are set inside of native code. We would need to have your files to investigate and replicate the problem, and then, we would be able to give you an accurate advice in how to procceed. Could you share them with us? if yes please send us a zip file with the whole content of your app in a zip file to support at genuitec dot com, use title mobione data from dm-concept. If the project is very big(more than 10MB) use a service such wetransfer.com
dm-conceptMemberHello support-octavio,
Have you received the application file ? Do you need something else ?
Thank you kindly let me know, I can not use MobiOne now.
Best Regards
DM.
support-octavioMemberHi DM,
I had your project in our todo list, I just reviewed it and replicate the issue. Since you didn’t attach the .mobi files I can not generate files to test using the Remote Web Page arch. Can you please try build your app with this setting? Follow the next steps:
1) Go to Window Menu > Settings
2) Select HTML Generation, you’ll see this screen:
3) In Default HTML page architecture, select Remote Web Page (AJAX)
4) Click OK to save settings and build your app again.
Please share results with us.
dm-conceptMemberHello Octavio,
I installed the application according to your recommendations, and everything works perfectly, I have no more problem, it’s great.
Thank you very much for your support,
Best Regards
DM
m12m345mMemberoctavio,
i was experiencing a similar problem and did the recommendations and it worked as well, but any custom js i had added doesn’t work.
any recommendations?
support-octavioMemberHi m12m345m,
Can you please open a new thread with detailed information?
a) Mobione version
b) Where do you get the problem? (device, if yes, especify model and OS. Or Test Center).
c) How is implemented your js code? Is it embeded in the code of an HTML widget? As additional js libraries? Other? -
