Hi, I don’t know if this has been previously reported but I have just started to create an Android file, the problem I have is that when you open it on the tab2 it jumps 2 screens example being that you press an option from the main menu it shows the screen you pressed but then goes directly to another page, when you come out of any page it again jumps twice
Meant to say on milestone2, using 2.9 due to IOS 7, iOS is working fine for App

We finally tracked down this illusive bug that only appears on some android devices. A fix will be in the upcoming 2.5 milestone-3 version planned for release tomorrow (Thurs)

Wayne, If I send the IPA file will you be fine to load on to your system or do you require all the files in a zip

We will need to review and debug your project, so it will be necesary to get all files of your project in order to debug it. Also, please include steps we can take to replicate the issue.
Send us the zip file with your project to support at genuitec dot com, use title mobione data from robert65, if the file’s size is bigger than 10MB consider using a service such wetransfer.com

We have spent considerable effort trying to replicate the Android double-clicking problem with no success yet. We are requesting your help. We have created special Android app that will record all key event and UI state data. How it works: you install and run this test application on yourandroid device. Each screen in the app contains a “Problem” button. When you see the problem please press the Problem button immediately. The problem button will log the UI state info and send it to us for review. We will analyze the log data and hopefully will gain the insight we need to resolve this issue.

Wayne, sorry for the delay just sent you my work in progress files, to examine for the issue, on a separate note I have been having issues trying to download from the app centre for the last 30 minutes, is there an issue, I got an internal error for 16522187 and another 2 stuck in a loop, build numbers 16572189 and 16532176 for iOS download

We haven’t received your files yet. Did you use wetransfer or did you send it directly? If you didn’t use wetransfer, could you confirm that the file’s size is not bigger than 10MB? If not, please send it again using wetransfer because our ticket system will reject your email if attachments are bigger than 10MB. Also, include me on cc list: octavio at genuitec dot com (just if use wetransfer).
