Sorry that you are seeing this problem.
Can you please give us some more details?
1. Is this a fresh install of Angular IDE or did it work before and stopped working suddenly?
2. Are you behind a firewall/proxy?
3. Can you please start the IDE with -clean command args and check if it fixes the problem?

4. If you have downloaded the installer for standalone Angular IDE, then please ensure the downloaded file size and MD5 sum matches with the values mentioned in our Downloads page: For Windows, Size: 283mb | md5: d95d6bb9dbd18b0fcc75b5af81ca9614
In case the values do not match and -clean does not fix the problem, then please download the installer file once again and rerun it.
