I had the same problem with Ferhat as he told in this thread. http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-11083.html. I found a solution, when i changed windows xp’s regional and language options from Turkish to English [United States] problem disappears. What could you suggest to use UML diagrams with Turkish region selected.

Thanks for your reply Kapil. I solved the problem by giving –vmargs -Duser.language=en paramaters to eclipse.exe at the startup. So the The element type “pgml” must be terminated by the matching end-tag “</pgml>”. error messaged disappered form the log files.
