GasToneMemberHi.
it’s about one hour that android native app builder doesn’t work… “Building” is always going forever (#1849258)… Usually it takes few seconds to get the succesfull notification…
I tried many things on my code or app build options (eg. version), but I think my application is ok because it works very well in Test Center (and also because I did very minor changes compared to last succesfull building).
Please help as soon as you can!!!
Andrea
PS. I just purchased Mobione v.2.1.1, but license detail reports “License version: 1.0″… is it normal?!
support-octavioMemberHi Andrea,
Thank you for your report. We’re looking at this problem now and working to fix it asap. Will follow up as soon as I have more information.
living.horsesMemberHi, I am experiencing the same problem for the past day.
Android build# 1862277 has been ‘building’ now for 20 minutes… Tried numerous times last night, thinking the program was crashing/freezing.
Now know someone else is experiencing the same problem.
Before that, ‘build’ also only took a max of 2-5 minutes.
thank you
MonikaI have version 2.1
And it has been freezing on me whilst I’ve been creating my app pages :o(
support-octavioMember@All,
We are experiencing a temporary build server outage and are working hard to have this fixed asap. Apologies for the inconvenience that this might cause to you.
living.horsesMemberHi Octavio,
Can you please post a reply when you think it is fixed so I can try to do a build??
Thank you kindly :o)
Monika
support-octavioMemberHi Monika, All,
The issue was solved and you can build your apps now. Please let us know if you have any issue with app center.
living.horsesMemberHello Octavio,
Thank you again. Just finished the build.
Another question.
Do you know why sometimes when i try to install the apk file on my phone to try (android) i get ‘package installer has stopped working’.
Is there a common cause for this?
My app is very simple, as it I am totally new to this, and wondering if there is an obvious thing i might be doing wrong.
:o)
support-octavioMemberHi Monika,
Can you share with us the build ID of your apps where you get that error message?
living.horsesMemberHello Octacio,
I found the answer to my porblem. It had to do with the image I was using for the logo/icon. The format wasn’t working. If I do come across it again, I will be sure to record the build number, file types, etc..
Have posted another question regarding how to create app pages where users can save their input information.
