I read how to create an App ID in order to submit my “app”. Should I create another App ID within the Apple’s App Store or it is the same?

How can I do pricing for my “app”? Through MobiOne, is there a guide?, or through Apple’s App Store?

It is the same app ID. That is how the physical app is associated with your app description record in itunes.

Use iTunes Connect to configure you app in iTunes including the purchase price. If yu are looking for in-app purchase, this is not supported by MobiOne yet.
