joabaMemberhi
after building the app and installing through iTunes, it seems the app never ends the “installing” mode.
I cannot even delete it.
Tried deleting from the iPhone app screen, and also from settings > Use > select app to delete.Nothing works…
any help?
many thanks!!
support-octavioMemberHi joaba,
What Mobione version are you using? Also specify Cordova version.
Please share your device model and iOS version.Did you follow the steps in the Learning Center to build your app? http://www.genuitec.com/mobile/docs/buildiosapp/buildiosapp.html
Things to check when ad-hoc installation fails:
– Ensure that your provision profile is for ad-hoc distribution; an app-store distribution profile is only valid for apps downloaded from appstore
– Ensure that your device’s UDID is included in the ad hoc provision profile, if not then the installation will terminate
joabaMemberHi,
THanks for reply.
I use Genuitec Cordova 2.9 and MobiOne Design Center 2.6.2 (20140319)
I use iOS 7.1.1 in my devices, both iPhone (5) and iPad (2) have this issue.Yes I have been able to generate and install apps in the past.
This seems to be the first time it happens.@support-octavio wrote:

support-octavioMemberHi,
Have you verified that you are building with an ad hoc profile and that the profile includes your device UDID. Note that you can only get the UDID from itunes.
Also please verify that your cert is not expired. For example an ios development certificate is usually only valid for something like 60 days – I forget exactly.
