robert65MemberHi i have an urgent inquiry, tonight i tried to send my file to Apple but it was rejected, the error reads;
ERROR ITMS-9000; “This bundle is invalid. Apple is not currently accepting applications built with this version of SDK” at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZitmspSoftwareAssetPackage).
is this due to build requiring to be made on the latest software as of February 1st?
Paul_paulParticipantHi Robert,
I don’t think this is a new error for Feb 1st, I googled the message and there are questions on Stack Overflow saying exactly the same thing dating back to 2011.
Are you using OS x 10.9 and latest Application Loader? I uploaded 2 apps a week ago and they went with no problems at all, first time this has ever happened!
I think the way things are going we’re all looking for the problems before they arise, I too have lost confidence somewhat in MobiOne since the web apps failure and the fact it seems to have been totally forgotten. We have been assured that everything will work so I guess we wait and see.
support-michaelKeymaster>is this due to build requiring to be made on the latest software as of February 1st?
I don’t think so as we ran tests last week confirming readiness for feb 1 build requirements. We will run more tests tomorrow to confirm there are no new issues since Sat (stuff happens). As others have indicated you must be using the latest version of the application loader app to upload to itunes. Start there and then work backwards.
KyleMemberHi,
Kyle here from AppStoreUploader.com. Over the past few months I have uploaded hundreds of apps successfully even just a few minutes ago… The apps I have seen rejected are caused almost entirely by differences in my customer’s build file settings and what they specified in iTunes before the upload is attempted. Through all the different errors I have only seen this once and it was due to an incorrect version of Application Loader on one of my old machines. Check your version of Application Loader like @stickleback suggested. I currently am using Application Loader 2.9 without any issue.
I suggest researching your error before posting them as support topics as there are numerous threads on other sites where almost every single possible upload error is described as well as a solution or work around provided. The way I see it, it doesn’t seem fair to the MobiOne team to “look for problems before they arise” as a 30 second Google Search can tell you that this problem has nothing to do with MobiOne and with your environment setup.
If you ever have are in need of Upload service or support I am glad to help at: uploads@appstoreuploader (Dot) com.

robert65MemberMichael, the App was only sent to apple two weeks ago, then I noticed a typo,I have did nothing different from the previous version except change the version number, I am on the current version if application loader as I said it worked fine 2 weeks ago.
support-michaelKeymasterFor clarification which version of app center cordova are you building your app with? I should be Cordova 2.9.
robert65MemberMichael, it is 2.9 that i have been using for a while since advise about 2.2 and iOS7
support-michaelKeymasterIt looks like it might be a compatibility issue with app center builder and itunes connect. We are investigating. Will post an update as soon asap.
robert65MemberMichael, thanks for the update, i will await your findings
support-octavioMemberHi Robert,
We have resolved a compatibility issue with iTunes Connect rejecting MobiOne apps. See this link for more info: http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6847
robert65MemberOctavio, I will do an upload to Apple tonight when I am home from work and send you a response, I appreciate the work you guys have put in, sorry for sounding off in my post it felt frustrating when you know that two weeks earlier everything you did worked fine then Frbruary arrives where we know about the changes tha Apple are making and in the back of the mind you are hoping that there are no gliches, then to find that it’s rejected.
robert65MemberHi Guys, just want to say thank you for taking the time to sort the upload issue, my app went to Apple this morning with no issues, thanks again
Paul_paulParticipantAn update to one of my apps was today accepted by Apple for App Store inclusion, the app is more or less identical to the one I uploaded a year ago, I didn’t add any of the iOS7 recommendations so it seems like nothing has really changed. There is hope after all!
support-michaelKeymaster>There is hope after all!
woo hoo! Congrats and thx for the update.
best wishes for your app(s). -
