Hi,

so i have an application made. Its completely native objects (no addition javascript or HTML). It is made with 25 pages all in one multipage object.

When it is installed first time, it hangs and partially loads. If i force turn it off then restart it, it works perfectly. If i turn if off (home button only) and turn it on again a short time later, it works. If it turn it off (home button only) and turn it on an hour later, it hangs with the spinning waiting icon and doesnt display anything. I’ve attached some screen shots.

Any ideas why it doesnt load properly and why it hangs? is there a remedy or preventative?

Is this a web app or a native app?

Hi Nigel,

We implemented a fix for that but there was a quirk that we isolated and just resolved. We plan to make development build available late today with that fix.

We tested the fix for this issue with the files that you sent us last time ***.mobi (10MB~) and the app runs well on my side. Please let us know how it works for you.

It works much better thank you, I soft closed the app for 10 hours and when switching back on, everything comes back. It hangs a little before buttons work like 2 minutes but then it comes back to life.

There is still an odd issue. I have 6 identical pages set up. Each page has the same 6 buttons. It changes music like a player. One page when clicked from any other page goes white. When you select a different tab, the page contents display for a split second then it changes to the tab selection

I’ve deleted and added the page many times. Have you seen similar to this ?

Hi Nigel,

We would very much like to try out your app on our test devices and see if we can replicate these issues. We have not seen such a problem but then again apps are so unique context plays such an important part in where a widget goofs up. Would you mind sending us your project to build and test?
