When adding import with CTRL+1, the caret is moved to the added import location.
The caret should stay as is when editor is focused (I remember similar issue was fixed for import with Ctrl+Space)

Thank you for reporting it. I see the problem at my end. A bug is filed for the dev team to fix it.

We’ve fixed this problem for the next CI release, coming soon. However, you can get the fix in the pre-release stream, right now. If you’re not already on the pre-release stream, here are the instructions for moving to it: Moving to the Pre-Release Stream.
