Hi, am trying to go through this [http://www.myeclipseide.com/documentation/quickstarts/hibernateandspring/#Resources] tutorial and have questions about the author.

1. Does He/She assume that the reader has the following installed?
– MySQL Server
– Hibernate
– Spring

?

I get an error with missing spring classes

“org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.LocalSessionFactoryBean not found” not sure where exactly to add this jar file after i downloaded it

Please assist

You should have the MySQL server installed. Hibernate and Spring libraries are provided by MyEclipse.

You ran into this error at what step of the tutorial.

Got the problem solved, i think i had to add a jar file … Just that the tutorial does not warn as to what you should have in preparation like many other tuts.
