Hello,

The OpenJPA mailing list sees lots of people asking for help with the first question back from developers being “are you enhancing your bytecode?” An Eclipse plugin is in the works to add a build step to do this automatically. Since MyEclipse supports JPA and specifically OpenJPA, it seems a logical extension to that support to add this feature.
