Hello!
This behavior applies to MyEclipse 6.5 and 6.6. After installing 6.6 I opened the workspace used in 6.5, so I guess it is a workspace issue.
Earlier when, e.g, starting tomcat from within MyEclipse, or redeploying, MyEclipse automagically switced to Console view. Now it does not do this anymore. I want it back. I haven’t touched any settings to make the automatic behavior disappear. It just do not switch anymore.
Suggestions?

Unfortunately you have run in to a known issue and we are already tracking this on our internal bug tracking system; the bug seems to be incremental as if you start/stop it or keep working, suddenly the auto-switch behavior will come back. I do not have any ETAs at the moment on when it will get fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
