Hello support I have a question about automatic update My Mobi 2.5 at opening the program start looking for update however in a few seconds an error come up something about java error, then it just keep trying to update and never finish it. Should I uninstall and re-install? Or there is other fix? Please suggest a solution. Thanks a lot.

Could you attach your .log file to investigate? Also, please try to reinstall and see if that resolves the issues.

Could you share your .log file so we can take a look into it and see if we find what is causing the issue? It is located at <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log

Well octavio, when I open the design center I have no idea where I’ll find the file you suggested,
<user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log
where is <user-home> maybe if I find it I can search for the rest.
