Is there a way to get MyEclipse to automatically synchronise with SVN on startup? Every day I go through the same process once MyEclipse is running i.e. go to “Team Synchronise” perspective, select synchronise using SVN, select all my currently open projects in the workspace and synchronise.

Not really an onerous task but one that would be nice to automate on startup of the IDE.

Running MyEclipse 10.7 with Subclipse 1.6 plugin.

This is a Eclipse feature. I do not think it is possible to automatically synchronise workspace with SVN on startup.
I suggest you cross post to Eclipse forums for better support on this query as MyEclipse is based on Eclipse.
