I installed the MyEclipseIDE build 200312091200-2.7-RC1
on top of an existing Eclipse installation Version: 2.1.2, Build id: 200311030802
    – previously updated with the Update Manager.

Also I installed the newest Resin AppServer from the Version 2 branch (2.1.11) without any modifications.

    Now the problem:
When I start the AppServer in debug mode and want to set breakpoints
on lines in the JSP page, the thread execution doesn’t stop at the location
requested. Only breakpoints in POJO’s work.

    Another problem:
I didn’t find the Preview-HTML-Viewer integrated in the IDE. This was
shown in the Demo-Presentation on the MyEclipseIDE – site.

    Besides this: Great tool!

    Best regards,

    Matthias.

    Matthias:
Can’t help with the JSP breakpoint thing, but someone else has reported this as well; I’m not sure of the supports reply yet though.

When you are editing JSP pages, at the bottom of the editor window, you should see two tabs “Source” and “View” or something like that, click the “View” or “Preview” one.

Resin2 does not support the JSR045 spec required by MyEclipse for JSP debugging. See the Resin FAQ known issues #2:
