Why are simple uploads disabled in a support forum of a graphical IDE??

Ok, will try it “by foot”:

The “tooltip” documentation while editing is broken after upgrade to actual myeclipse, all else seems to be as usual.

The tooltip pops up but seems to show the source-code of the tooltip, so doesn’t render it?
Give me an uploadurl and i’ll post a screenshot….

Any help would be apreciated.
