Design is side-by-side panels on ipad. No other controls.

Change scale to 150.

Scroll screen to the left, all good.
Scroll to the right. Nav bar and Tool bar disappear. Screen goes black and what looks like Browser address bar is displayed.

Does the screen return to normal rendering after scrolling stops?

When I say scroll, I mean when in design mode.
Using the horizontal scroll bar moving to the right,when near the extreme right of the design, is when the problem occurs.
