    Hello!

I have Eclipse 3.2 and ME 5.0M2. I have a bugzilla server sitting on my network (behind the firewall). The IP range is included correctly in the ME preferences. It requires a logon to view bugs. When I start ME and try to connect to the server, I’m told “No bug with this id exists on the Bugzilla Server”. I go to Window -> Preferences -> MyEclipse -> Bugzilla where all my information is correctly saved. All I have to do is click “OK” and now ME Bugzilla Client works fine.

This is more of an annoyance, but all the same a bug (I think). Thanks in advance!

Can you be sure you are upgraded to the most recent Eclipse 3.2 GA release and MyEclipse 5.0.1 release? Also please try restarting using the -clean command line argument and see if that helps.

Yes, everything is up to date. -clean did not work.

I have filed the bug for investigation, in the mean time are you able to use the built in web browser in order to have BZ open in MyEclipse? (not the greatest workaround, but still somewhat integrated I hope)

I’m able to use the bugzilla features just fine after I go to:
Window -> Preferences -> MyEclipse -> Bugzilla -> Test Connection

After that it works fine, as long as I don’t close Eclipse. It’s just annoying to have to do that every time.

Can you do me a favor and create a new workspace using File > Switch Workspace, and then configure BZ and restart, using the new workspace, and see if the problem persists, or if it works?
