I am a bit confused here as for the right order of building and deploying.

After editing one of my Beans code, I save it and then what?
In a normal IDE I would do a build & deploy for debugging. How is it done here? To make it clearer I have the Test (ear) and two projects TestEJB and TestWeb. And not to mention the XDoclet that needs to run as well before deploying..

I would appreciate your guidance here.

Did you try looking at Help–>Help Contents–>MyEclipse User Guide. I am pretty sure it takes you step by step how to build and deploy under MyEclipseIDE.
