Greetings,

I have just downloaded the product and working on a prototype.

Is it possible to call a web service in this version (1.0 milestone 9, update 4).

If so, can they be .asmx web services or does it have to be a restful web service?

Yes, MobiOne can be used to interact with XML-based web services such as SOAP and REST. REST-based services are the easiest to work with. ASMX web services are not supported.

Twitter REST API for public posts –
JSON result
http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/public_timeline.json

XML result
http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/public_timeline.xml
