I´ll like to know how to call (creating a action in the cheat sheet XML file):
* Open a MyEclipse Perspective
* Create a new XML file
* Open Snippets View

If possible, I would like to know where there is a API documentation for these possible actions.

Clayton,
All the things you are talking about are handled by the Eclipse API, nothing MyEclipse specific about it and is best helped by checking the Eclipse API docs. Am I misunderstanding your question?
