    Is it possible to set a breakpoint inside a Javascript function inside a JSP page (and, of course, have it actually stop there in the debugger)?

    Whenever I try this, it tries to set a named bookmark instead.

    Not inside of JavaScript, but anywhere else in the JSP page should work fine.
