In the past I have writen one or two plugins.

I would like to write my own plugin that fires navigate events to the internal MyEclipse Borwser.

Is this possible ?

Actually, if your question is whether or not you can write a plugin to programmatically set the URL of the MyEclipse browser the answer is yes. All of its operations are available programmatically.
