This functionality is replaced with MyEclipse Configuration Center. You can go to Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center > software tab to install subeclipse.
The following are the steps:
1. Under Quick-Add Popular Plugins, select subclipse 1.6.x(w/related). Right click on it and from the context menu select “Add to Profile”.
2. When prompted, choose the relevant software.
3. Under Pending Changes, click “Apply Changes”.
4. Now, the wizard will guide you to complete the installation.
5. When prompted, restart your IDE.
