First, the MD5 of the download matches what’s published so this isn’t file corruption.
I got a fresh 3.3, went to the Europa site to install BIRT and others. Okay, everything working. Now let’s install MEI 6.0.
I go past the “conflicts!” dialog which from other posts I infer I can ignore.
Most things zip right along and then Wham!
“Problem occurred” – An exception occured (sic) while downloading feature from “jar:…com.genuitec.myeclipse.jspdesign_6.0.0.zmyeclipse60020070820.jar” — Do you want to retry?
No exceptions on the console are printed and the log has nothing either.
I’ve unjarred that file directly to check and it seems fine.
What can I do?
Downloading the manual site right now.
Eclipse installer has never behaved well in my experience but I need to get around this.
