When I run the install, I get the following error :

7-zip: Data error.

I’m running Vista. I also tried running the download from the pulse site and got the same error.

Any suggestions?

“7-zip: Data error” occurs when the zip file is corrupted.
Can you download the file again and try?

Maybe you need to turn off your virus scanner during installation if ME 7.5 to avoid errormessages like this.

I am also experiencing this issue. Turning off virus scanning is not an option.

1. How are you installing ME7.5?
2. Are you using 7-Zip software? In this case please go through the following link

3. At what point are you getting the error?

Seem to be a problem with the installer, so I downloaded the manual install and unzipped it – and it works.
