Hello,

I can’t see oracle’s synonyms for the “My schema” but I can see the synonyms for system’s schema!

It seems that rights on the synonyms are well granted for the user for the schema that I want use , (with TOAD i can see them).

Do you know if there is bugs with DB browser and Oracle 10g ?

I suppose that ‘your synonyms’ are public synonyms – MyEclipse show private synonyms
in user schema and doesn’t show public synonyms

Is your synonym public or private in your schema ?

For 10g you can’t see ‘export ddl and xml’ actions, but it wll be fixed in next release.We don’t know about other bugs

Will there be support for public synonyms for in the DB Browser?
I have to go thru quite massive hurdles since names are different along with other properties which make it quite teedious.

We have this on our radar, but the management has not yet committed this feature to a timeline.

We’ll definitely try to do it asap, perhaps for the 5.0GA release.
