Environment:
– Using SDC Hub 2013 SR3 Eclipse 4.3.1 with DeliveryExternalUsersExtension implemented
– SDC Hub on Linux
– Admin Console on Windows 7

When creating a notification the create dialog displays but can not type into any of the fields. The cursor will appear in the ‘Title’ and ‘Message’ field, but no typing will display.

Any help on how to fix or diagnose would be appreciated.

Hi, ic.gc.ca. Sorry you’re running in this issue and for the delay on the response.

We have some ideas of what can be happening but we need a little more information such as:

1.- Some screenshots.
2.- Could you send us the last admin console log after replicating the issue? (on <Admin console Install dir>/logs/)
3.- The linux distro you’re using and the OS arch, desktop environment, etc.

We’re not sure but there’s a possibility this is a linux/desktop environment bug, sometimes some applications GUI get freezed with no apparent reason.
