If you are using the All in One install option and still seeing all those errors, it could be 1 of two things:
1. You installed ontop of an existing Eclipse install instead of a clean directory
2. Your workspace could have some bad persisted state in it. You can go to File > Switch Workspace and enter in a new directory that doesn’t exist, like C:\tempworkspace, and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, and -clean didn’t hlpe your old workspace, the key will be to create a new workspace and move your settings and projects into it.
