Cannot access Codemix with Personal License on system at shared publc IP

    Hello.

    I have a Personal License expiring 2020-10-09.

    I have a laptop & a desktop connected on one external IP.

    I have signed off the Codemikx on the laptop but I cannot login to Codemix on the desktop.

    I have just paid for 1 more year of Personal License but still cannot login.

    The Genuitec website profile shows the systems are active on this external IP but I cannot access Codemix. What is wrong?

    Sorry that you are seeing this problem.

    Can you please let us know what error you are seeing when trying to login to CodeMix on the desktop?

    Please reach us via Live Chat (Help > CodeMix > Live Chat) to help us quickly diagnose the problem.
    If you cannot reach us via Live Chat, then please share with us the workspace log file which is located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log (change the extension to .txt and attach it) to help us investigate further.
