I am trying to create a MDB and deploy it in websphere 6.1. I can create a EJB project with Myeclipse and then add it to my EAP project. It creates a session bean

Why does Myeclipse assume that I want to create a session bean when it creates an EJB project with the all the websphere scaffolding?? There is no check box option for creating a MDB ??

if I create an MDB , it is not recognized as a module and I cannot add it to my EAP project ??

I am stuck at this point . Is there a tutorial that provides steps for creating and deploying a MDB to Websphere ?

the issue is that I cannot get MYeclipse to create the scaffolding files
ejb-jar.xml and the ibm-ejs-jar-bnd.xml for the MDB

using NEW -> EJB Message Driven Bean
or
using NEW -> EJB Session Bean

will not create any IBM scaffolding files!

WIthout these the eap project does not deploy correctly
