[Windows 2000, Java 1.4.2_07, Eclipse 3.1M4, MyEclipse 3.8.4]

Bug 1:
– create a user entry in the XML catalog
– “ok” the Preferences window
– go into Preferences again and edit your entry, changing from PUBLIC to SYSTEM
– “ok” the Preferences window
– when you go into Preferences again, you have two entries instead of one (one each for PUBLIC and SYSTEM)

Bug 2:
– delete your two new entries
– “ok” the Preferences window
– when you go into Preferences again, you still have the entries

Just ran into this, this morning going through your other thread.

Yes, I had to keep editing the user.xmlcatalog file to run through my dtd location tests, but I didn’t want to mix this bug with its bug thread.
