StephenSchmidtMemberI am new to MobiOne. I joined the Apple developer network and built an ipa file. Email came to my phone and I clicked the “Install Now” link. Accepted the install, and application appears to be downloading. It says installing, Progress pie chart starts moving, Flashes app name as if installed, and cycles back t installing. This continues FOREVER. I have rebuilt application several times. Any thoughts?
I am running an iphone 4, iOS 7.0, doing over the air install.
BryanBudelonMemberI’m with similar problem. My problem is that installs in iPhone, mas no works. And in Android he only downloads, but no installs.
I no can solve.
support-octavioMemberHi sts,
Your problem looks very similar to this last one we have figured out a few days ago, please take a look at Wayne’s response and let us know how it goes:

Have you tried creating a sample empty app and see if it will install?

support-octavioMemberHi sts,
Can you please share a build ID to investigate?
Paul_paulParticipant@STS If the app builds ok but will not install on your device its more than likely to be a provisioning profile problem.
@Bryan, You do realise you have to manually run the downloaded .apk file to install on an android device also you have to change your security settings to allow from unknown sources.
BryanBudelonMemberNo archive apk is downloaded, but yes unknown archive. And yes, already activated the option unknown sources.
StephenSchmidtMemberFirst issue was with profile. I corrected but still had a problem. Regenerated and I now have it working. Thanks to all.
support-octavioMemberHi sts,
Thanks for sharing your success.
From your last comment it looks like you are not able to download your .apk file. Do you get a “Unsupported Platform” message? other?
What browser are you using to download it?
