I cannot open MyEclipse Struts config editor.
I get this error:
Error opening the editor.
can not change undo manager once its been set

Your installation looks good. Can you switch to a new workspace (File > Switch Workspace > Temp), create a new web project, add struts capabilities to it and not try working with the MyEclipse Struts Config Editor. Does it work without issues?

You can right-click on the struts-config.xml file and go to Open With > MyEclipse Struts Config Editor.
