I just had the same problem with MyEclipse 9 M2. I updated some plugins (subclipse, anyedit and their dependencies) last night without starting MyEclipse afterwards. I rebooted this morning and was greeted with the same problem as I tried starting MyEclipse for the first time since the plugin update.
The proposed reinstall solution worked for me.
