Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Does the server start fine without any deployments? We have a known issue with starting newer versions of WAS from within MyEclipse.
Please see my response on this thread for the workaround details.
If you are still seeing deployment problems, then please rename the .log extension to .txt and attach the log file here for further investigation.
