GapDebug downloads are distributed from our CDN. I requested details from our network team to learn if there was a network glitch at the time your were attempting a download. Can you share where you are downloading from? Are you still experiencing slow download performance?

I am located in Albania. Still not being able to download the .exe file

The message the site returns is:
