Cant Install "MobiOne_1.0M9_Installer" – FIXED

    Attach is the Error i am getting when i try to install this Software, i am very new to this i am installing it for the first time on my PC , My OS is Win 7.

    Yikes!

    Can you send me the installation log? It should help provide us an idea of what goofed up. The log can be found at <user-home>/AppData/Local/MobiOne Studio/Common/logs/

    Also please provide us a basic description of the machine/OS/config that you are installing on:
    1) Windows OS
    2) HD space
    3) installation location (default or a customized path that you entered)
    4) user privileges (admin, guest, …)

    The folder for whcih u specified the location is empty and it is the default path which is there when i try to install this Software.
    So no installation Log my friend.
    Now my System Config is as follows ;

    * OS : – Win 7

    * HD Space : – I am installing on its default path which on C And it has 128 BG free space.

    * Since its a home PC so i am the Administrator meanwhile i did tried to install it as as Adminitrator still same error pops up.

    Could you try running the installer with the -nojre commandline flag and let me know if the problem clears up?

    Example:

    MobiOne_1.0M9U2_Installer.exe -nojre

    Thanks for trying the alternative commandline option. I have 1 more request. Can you rerun the installer and send me the text that is shown in that error details when the installer fails? Just click into the text and copy all of the text (ctrl-a) and paste it to the forum or you can send it to support at genuitec dot com to my (wayne) attention. I have some developers that are eager to look at that data.

    No need my good friend just downloaded the new installer called : – MobiOne_1.0M9U2_Installer
    & it worked perfectly !
