    Hi app4ye,

Thanks for sharing your log file. Could you please try uninstalling 2.1 preview release and install 2.1 production release? You can find the download link here: http://www.genuitec.com/mobile/download.html

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi app4ye,

Could you please share your latest .log file? Also more details such SO, RAM, other programs running and any other information that you think will help us to know more about your system. Last question is if you used the installer default location?

    hi app4ye,

Bummer of a problem. Let’s see if we can figure out exactly what is goofed. From the logs it looks like there is some kind of memory problem but I don’t want to jump to a conclusion so quickly.

In your 2.0 version did you happen to install additional images into the media palette?

    Please try the following:

    1) stop all mobione tools
    2) delete the <user-home>\.mobione\runtime directory, this will delete logs, custom media icons and former workbench layout settings. I know this is a big hammer approach but considering your install is dead this is worth a go
    3) from the program menu launch the Test Center
    – does the Test Center start without issue? If not please post the .log file
if the Test Center spins up OK then try
    4) from the Test Center workbench launch the Design Center from the toolbar or the Tools menu
    – does the Design Center startup without issue? if not, please post the .log file
if Design Center spins up OK then try
    5) add some widgets to the default Visual Designer and press the Run in Test Center button
    – does it the Test Center load the resulting app?

    HELLO
    It is OK now!
    THANKS!

For your information, previously I installed many icons ( about almost a thousand, I guess), if this is the cause then may be it is good to inform all users what is the optimum quantity of allowable icon to be installed at MEDIA.

Glad your system is working again.

Agree. I have opened a bug report and we are evaluating optimizations to avoid this problem in the future.

    @app4ye

update: the situation where mobione goofed up on your image gallery was uncool. I sync’ed with the dev team earlier today and we worked out a solution to prevent this from happening in the future. So if you want to have 1000 images in your gallery that should work. Look for it in an update we plan to rollout early next week (ver 2.1.2)
