Sorry that you are seeing problems with the uninstaller.
You can manually delete the associated files if the MyEclipse Uninstaller fails for some reason.

It is okay to have previous versions of MyEclipse installed in your machine. You do not have to uninstall the previous versions as long as you install newer versions to a different folder alongside your existing MyEclipse installations.
